Booking Terms & Conditions

Horizon Party Band

Last updated: 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Horizon Party Band (“we”, “us”, “the Band”). By confirming a booking, the client (“you”, “the Client”) agrees to these terms.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is only considered confirmed once:

     •           A written agreement (email or contract) is accepted by both parties, and

     •           The required deposit has been received

We reserve the right to release the date if the deposit is not paid within the agreed timeframe.

2. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

     •           A non-refundable deposit (typically 20–50%) is required to secure the booking

     •           The remaining balance must be paid no later than the event date (or in advance if agreed)

     •           Payment methods will be specified in the invoice or agreement

Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the performance.

3. Cancellation by the Client

If you cancel the booking:

     •           The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances

     •           Cancellations made close to the event date may require additional fees:

             •    More than 60 days before: deposit retained only

             •    30–60 days before: up to 50% of total fee payable

             •    Less than 30 days before: up to 100% of total fee payable

These charges reflect lost work opportunities and preparation costs.

4. Cancellation by the Band

In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to illness, emergency, or force majeure:

     •           We will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement act of similar quality, or

     •           Offer a full refund of all payments made

We are not responsible for indirect losses (e.g. venue costs, third-party services).

5. Performance Details

The Client agrees to provide:

     •           Adequate performance space

     •           Access to electricity

     •           Safe working conditions

     •           Agreed arrival, setup, and performance times

Any significant changes to event timing or location must be communicated in advance.

6. Delays and Waiting Time

If the performance is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control:

     •           We will attempt to accommodate reasonable adjustments

     •           Significant delays may reduce performance time without refund

7. Equipment and Damage

We take care of all equipment and expect the same from the Client and venue.

The Client may be held responsible for:

     •           Damage caused by guests, venue staff, or third parties

     •           Loss or theft of equipment during the event

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

     •           Extreme weather

     •           Natural disasters

     •           Government restrictions

     •           Power failures

     •           Illness or emergencies

In such cases, liability is limited to refunding payments already made where appropriate.

9. Use of Media

We may record or photograph performances for promotional purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing before the event.

10. Liability

We are not responsible for:

     •           Injuries or accidents at the event

     •           Loss, damage, or theft of personal property

     •           Venue-related issues

11. Client Conduct

The Client is responsible for ensuring guest behaviour is safe and appropriate. We reserve the right to stop or leave a performance if:

     •           Staff safety is at risk

     •           Equipment is threatened or damaged

     •           The environment becomes unsafe or abusive

No refund will be issued in such cases.

12. Agreement

By confirming a booking with Horizon Party Band, you acknowledge that:

     •           You have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions

     •           You are authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of the event

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to Spanish jurisdiction.
